Attachments/Consents Overview

The Attachments/Consents module stores all digital attachment files for a selected patient’s record within a series of configurable sections and tabs. This offers you a comprehensive overview of all digital attachments and consents that are associated with a selected patient’s record. It is easy to navigate and allows you to create, view, and manage attachments electronically, eliminating the need for paper charts and incorporating a fully electronic dental record at your institution.

Once configured, any attachment files that are generated in axiUm are saved and attached to the patient’s record. This may include patient receipts, consents, estimates, treatment plans contracts, payment plan contracts, etc.

Similarly, when mass statements and mail merge documents are generated using the Info Manager or Case Management modules, copies can be automatically saved to each patient’s account and accessed via the Attachments/Consents module.

Any paper or digital files created outside of axiUm can be scanned (if applicable) and uploaded to the patient’s record.
